Radio Television of Djibouti (RTD), officially Radiodiffusion-Télévision de Djibouti, is the national public broadcasting entity established in 1977 following Djibouti's independence from France. It operates two radio networks (Radio Nationale and Afarasi Radio) and four television channels in four languages: French, Arabic, Somali, and Afar. RTD broadcasts via FM 95.2 and 91.3 MHz, and AM 1116 kHz from transmitter sites in Djibouti City and Doraleh. Programming includes daily news bulletins (L'Actualité Nationale), cultural, religious and entertainment content. RTD is accessible online via YouTube and via Arabsat satellite transmission.
