CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC

The media landscape in the Central African Republic consists of a press with around sixty titles, but distributed only in Bangui with irregular publication and extremely limited circulation. As in many African countries, radio is the main source of information for the population, with several dozen radio stations available throughout the country, including Radio Ndeke Luka. Although there are two television channels in the country, their distribution is limited due to a lack of infrastructure. Internet access is confidential, with only 5% of the population having access, but some sites such as RJDH offer comprehensive coverage of national news.
